you do not have an ai problem.
you have a "why are three people still in this spreadsheet" problem. the business runs on memory, on the monday meeting where everyone rediscovers the same issue, and on one person, usually named something like kyle, who holds it together and was never put on the org chart.
here is the part the vendors will not say, because it does not sell a license. ai does not fix this. it amplifies it. point a capable model at an undocumented business and you get faster confusion with cleaner punctuation.
so start where it is actually broken. find the one process that only works because a human remembers to check it, and make the system remember instead. do that first, and the ai conversation gets boring, which is exactly what you want.
buy the tools last. find the tired person first.
